The Special Economic Zone is approved for an area of 103.07 hectares at Kalamboli, Navi Mumbai. This is being setup as an IT / ITES SEZ near the commercial capital of Mumbai.

Navi Mumbai SEZ Pvt. Ltd. (NMSEZ) Ulwe Node has been notified as IT/ITES SEZ -A by the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Govt. of India on May 27, 2008.

The Special Economic Zone is notified for an area of 21.13 hectares at Ulwe, Navi Mumbai. This is being set up as an IT/ITES SEZ near the Commercial Capital of Mumbai.

Navi Mumbai SEZ Pvt. Ltd. (NMSEZ) Ulwe Node has been notified as IT/ITES SEZ by the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Govt. of India on May 8, 2008.

The Special Economic Zone is notified for an area of 38.28 hectares at Ulwe, Navi Mumbai. This is being set up as an IT/ITES SEZ near the Commercial Capital of Mumbai.

Navi Mumbai SEZ Pvt. Ltd. (NMSEZ) Kalamboli node has been approved as IT / ITES SEZ by the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Govt. of India on Dec.17,2007.

The Special Economic Zone is approved for an area of 63.74 hectares at Kalamboli, Navi Mumbai. This is being setup as an IT / ITES SEZ near the commercial capital of Mumbai.

Navi Mumbai SEZ Pvt. Ltd. (NMSEZ) Kalamboli node has been approved as Multi-Services SEZ by the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Govt. of India on Dec.17,2007.

The Special Economic Zone is approved for an area of 179 hectares at Kalamboli, Navi Mumbai. This is being setup as a Multi-Services SEZ near the commercial capital of Mumbai.

Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India has approved M/s Urban Communications Infrastructure Private Limited as co-developer for undertaking the infrastructure related to providing communication facilities in the multi product Special Economic Zone at Dronagiri node of Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, proposed to be developed by Navi Mumbai Special Economic Zone Pvt. Ltd.

Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India has approved M/s Urban Energy Distribution Private Limited as co-developer for undertaking the infrastructure related to operations & maintenance of facilities for distribution and supply of electric, thermal and hydro energy or any other form of energy/power in the multi product Special Economic Zone at Dronagiri node of Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, proposed to be developed by Navi Mumbai Special Economic Zone Pvt. Ltd.

Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India has approved M/s Urban Energy Generation Private Limited as co-developer for undertaking and development of infrastructure related to setting up power plant(s) in the multi product Special Economic Zone at Dronagiri node of Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, proposed to be developed by Navi Mumbai Special Economic Zone Pvt. Ltd.

Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India has approved M/s Urban Energy Transmission Private Limited as co-developer for undertaking the infrastructure related to operations & maintenance of facilities for transmission of all forms of energy/power in the multi product Special Economic Zone at Dronagiri node of Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, proposed to be developed by Navi Mumbai Special Economic Zone Pvt. Ltd.

Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India has approved M/s Urban Infrastructure Constructions Private Limited as co-developer for undertaking the construction of infrastructure incidental to the development, operation and maintenance of the multi product Special Economic Zone at Dronagiri node of Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, proposed to be developed by Navi Mumbai Special Economic Zone Pvt. Ltd.

Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India has approved M/s Urban Infotech Solutions Private Limited as co-developer for undertaking infrastructure related to business of information, communication and entertainment (ICE) services in the multi product Special Economic Zone at Dronagiri node of Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, proposed to be developed by Navi Mumbai Special Economic Zone Pvt. Ltd.

Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India has approved M/s Urban Water Supply Private Limited as co-developer for undertaking infrastructure related to supply of water in the multi product Special Economic Zone at Dronagiri node of Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, proposed to be developed by Navi Mumbai Special Economic Zone Pvt. Ltd.

Navi Mumbai SEZ Pvt. Ltd. (NMSEZ) Dronagiri Node has been notified as Multi Product SEZ by the Ministry of Commerce, Govt. of India on Nov. 21, 2007.

The Special Economic Zone, is notified for an area of 1223.67 hectares at Dronagiri, Navi Mumbai. This is being set up as the first Multi Product SEZ near the Commercial Capital of Mumbai.

The development activities will now commence.

• On 22nd June'07 for three Product Specific SEZ at Kalamboli.
• On 12th July'07 for Multi-product SEZ at Dronagiri.
• On 18th Sep'07 for three IT/ITes SEZ at Ulwe waterfront.
